The Contract

Your Agreement With Us

These Booking Terms and Conditions form the basis of the contract between you and Skynile Adventure Ltd. They apply to all bookings made directly with us or through an authorised travel agent.

A binding contract exists once a booking confirmation has been issued and the required deposit has been paid.

Booking & Payment

Deposit

A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the safari cost is required.

Full Payment

The remaining balance is due 60 days before departure.

  • Visa & Mastercard (3% processing fee)
  • M-Pesa
Prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise stated.

Cancellations by You

Transfers are subject to supplier availability and may incur amendment fees.

Cancellations or Changes by Us

If significant changes are required, we will offer alternative arrangements, transfer options, or a full refund where applicable.

Force majeure events including severe weather, pandemics, government restrictions, and natural disasters may affect operations.

Our Responsibilities

  • We will provide safari services with reasonable care and skill.
  • Liability is limited to the total booking value.
  • Wildlife sightings cannot be guaranteed.
  • Weather and park conditions are beyond our control.

Your Responsibilities

  • Maintain valid passports and visas.
  • Provide accurate health information.
  • Obtain recommended vaccinations.
  • Hold comprehensive travel insurance.
  • Follow guide instructions and local laws.

Complaints

Issues should be reported immediately during travel so corrective action can be taken.

Written complaints must be submitted within 30 days of returning from your safari.

Miscellaneous

  • Governed by the laws of Kenya.
  • Minimum safari age is generally 6 years.
  • Children under 18 must travel with a parent or guardian.
  • Photography may be used for marketing purposes unless you opt out.
  • The version in force at booking confirmation governs your booking.
